Graduate Program

Each year we look for innovative graduates to help shape our future in our Graduate Program. We’ve been part of Australia’s DNA for over 200 years, but in this rapidly evolving commercial landscape, we’re changing too. We’re no longer just a letters business. With more people buying and selling online, recently we’ve been delivering almost two million parcels every day. But beyond mail, the shift to digital communication and online transactions has already created many new opportunities for our business. Change isn’t always easy, but it’s critical to our business’s future. We know the fresh, innovative thinking and unique experiences you bring, are vital to our success. Internship Program

Learn about our business and grow your skills while you’re studying. We offer 6 and 12-month internship opportunities. You’ll get a tailored induction and training, including monthly workshops where you’ll learn the skills to help you have a real impact, at work and beyond.

Tertiary Education Program

If you’ve recently graduated, then our Tertiary Education Program could be for you. We offer 18 and 24-month opportunities, open to students from all disciplines. There’s no minimum GPA requirement and you’ll get the chance to put the skills you’ve learnt to the test, solving real business programs.

People with Disability at Australia Post

We’re one of Australia’s largest employers and we’re working hard to build a workforce that reflects the communities we serve.

We have a longstanding commitment to creating an inclusive organisation for people with a disability. Ensuring that all our Indigenous Australian employees are supported is essential. Our Engagement & Inclusion team provides direct support for all new and existing Indigenous employees. As we continue to grow our Indigenous workforce, we’re committed to ensuring that our people have the very best start to their careers.

We’re also working hard to connect Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people to meaningful careers at Post. That’s why we started our Emerging Leaders program. This program is designed to help inspire, energise and connect Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander who want to become People Leaders.
