Of course there is the regular performance management and operational aspect of the role however your ability to coach and influence leaders to effectively handle people matters will allow you to focus your talent on other meaningful projects.
You will enjoy working in a purpose led organisation, be tertiary qualified and can demonstrate experience as a HR generalist with performance management and industrial relations experience over the last 3 years. This role is based in our home office in the Sydney CBD.
All applicants must be willing to obtain a police clearance certificate via Opal’s police check system, an NDIS worker clearance and flu and COVID -19 vaccination. You may also be required to undergo pre-employment medical and attend a drug screen.
