About the Gig
  
30 hours a week, 6 months parental leave contract – worked flexibly!
  
Reporting directly into the Chief Legal Counsel, as the Corporate Lawyer you will be one of our go to legal eagles. Providing legal advice on franchising, negotiating commercial leases and general corporate matters for the craveable brands. Group.
  
You will be negotiating and finalising commercial leasing matters, drafting franchise agreements and providing the business sound advice to make considered decisions.
  
This role will have you across all jurisdictions of Australia on agreements for leases, lease extensions, variations and surrenders.

About You
At a minimum you will have a Law Degree with 3 plus years post admission experience. Ideally a good portion of that experience will have been within the commercial leasing space as this is where the bread and butter of our non-standard contract work is done.
  
Some franchising experience would be ideal but is not essential.
  
You will have demonstrably attention to detail, self-motivation and organisational skills.
Excellent communication and drafting skills are also essential.
