Here at craveable brands. we operate over 570 restaurants across 3 iconic Australian grown chicken brands; Red Rooster, Oporto and Chicken Treat. Combined, our restaurants hire over 12,500 employees and serve over 150,000 customers a day. It’s safe to say we’re cooking.
 
Our IT team is behind the shared tools and platforms that form our tech backbone. There are around 30 of us here in Sydney and in the Philippines, all working hard, having fun and taking our brands and restaurants into the future while adapting to whatever comes our way. Ensuring our brands are at the forefront of technology is at the core of what we do. Which means thinking big, thinking fast – and doing both every day.
 
About the Gig
The role will focus on providing day-to-day technical support to internal staff with systems, applications, and network enquires through the provision of proactive, timely and effective end user support. You will be responsible for the resolution of Level 1 & 2 Technical Help Desk Tickets, assisting staff with ad-hoc support requests and providing general advice on technical matters.

You will also be supporting the Infrastructure Manager with maintenance of IT infrastructure as well as execution of infrastructure projects will be required.

You will manage all incidents, queries, and service requests through to successful resolution and closure. The diagnosing and troubleshooting of these technical issues will be resolved over the phone, through remote access technologies and in person.

About you
You will be a great team player with best-in-class customer service skills to support our staff with any technical issues. Along with your problem-solving capabilities and the ability to think on your feet, you will provide fast and effective solutions for a wide array of technical problems.

At least 2 years of IT support experience in a fast-paced corporate environment with the knowledge in administering Active Directory, Office 365, SharePoint and OneDrive is ideal to be successful in this role.

Your in-depth technical knowledge of the desktop environment and the strong understanding of current information technology trends will be crucial to this role.

Your strong written and verbal communication skills and your ability to manage competing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously will make you a standout in this role.
