Opportunities

Coordinator/Educator

Our in-service team members deliver best-in-market Outside School Hours Care, promoting service excellence, while supporting growth and fun learning opportunities for children. Our service Coordinators achieve excellence by supporting and mentoring a high-performing, skilled and engaged team of educators within the service, and by providing an inclusive and fun environment in which children are safe, engaged and well supervised. The service Coordinator will be responsible for the management and supervision of staff, children and the OSHC service, under the guidance of the Regional Operations Manager.

Various Roles

OSHClub supports our in-service teams with a range of support functions, including human resources, finance, payroll, business development, partnerships, information technology, data analytics, project management and more. Various positions are offered across these areas throughout the year.
