This includes before & after school care, holiday programs and associated management services to government, independent and Catholic primary schools.  We focus on providing the highest quality programs in the market, which is supported by industry-leading National Quality Framework.

Opportunities with us

Coordinator/Educator

Our in-service team members deliver best-in-market Outside School Hours Care, promoting service excellence, while supporting growth and fun learning opportunities for children. Our service Coordinators achieve excellence by supporting and mentoring a high-performing, skilled and engaged team of educators within the service, and by providing an inclusive and fun environment in which children are safe, engaged and well supervised. The service Coordinator will be responsible for the management and supervision of staff, children and the OSHC service, under the guidance of the Regional Operations Manager.

OSHClub supports our in-service teams with a range of support functions, including human resources, finance, payroll, business development, partnerships, information technology, data analytics, project management and more. Various positions are offered across these areas throughout the year.

OSHClub

OSHClub has been providing high-quality Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) services for school communities since 2008. 

Our goal is ‘to provide the highest quality OSHC services in Australia’.  Data published in 2019 by the Australian Children’s Education and Care Quality Authority shows that OSHClub is a leading premium National OSHC provider, with 89% of our services meeting or exceeding the National Quality Standard.

Helping Hands Network

Helping Hands Network operates as a community partnership with Schools, P&F’s, P&C’s, Parents and Children to provide all of their Out of School Hours Care needs (Before School, After School and Vacation Care). Our team work with government agencies, schools and parents to make the use of the service and payment of fees convenient and affordable while providing exceptional value to the school community. 

Through the provision of providing quality childcare, we proudly offer more than just a child minding service and strive to build stronger, happier and healthier communities. Providing flexible services and tailored programs play an essential role in ensuring that our programs meet local school community needs.

Your local Co-ordinator, familiar with the school and community is empowered to respond fully and directly to questions and issues as they arise. Centre Co-ordinators create the programs and activities in collaboration with children, staff and families.
