What will this opportunity have you doing?
This exciting opportunity will be reporting into the CEO and will be a key role to drive the ambitious growth strategies for the brand. The Head of Marketing will lead, grow, and enable the marketing function to promote brand performance, customer experience, business profitability and further grow our competitive advantage. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who likes to lead from the front and take full ownership of brand performance.
You will focus your energy and own the overall marketing strategy and brand positioning across all aspects of the marketing mix (brand, menu, digital, customer experience) underpinned by clear customer insights). You’ll be our ultimate brand custodian with full accountability for the brand and market landscape.
The role is accountable for delivering Like for Like (L4L) and total sales performance, so the first cab of the rank will be to drive the 3-year business strategy with annual brand plans to set the overall direction for our Franchise Partners, Restaurants and Restaurant Support centre, while delivering commercial outcomes.

- A high level of confidence in all things data and driving the research agenda whilst collaborating with shared services to uncover insights for future strategies.
- Proven experience in digital marketing and a highly innovative approach.
- Accountability for owning the customer acquisition, growth, and retention strategies.
- Portfolio and channel management experience with tangible commercial results.
- A great leadership style to support a very capable team.
- Cross-collaboration (comfort dealing with a broad range of stakeholders, external and internal).
- A high level of comfort in presenting and communicating with confidence.
- Passionate about all things marketing and brand and can articulate what this means across all aspects of the business.
- QSR, Food, FMCG would be good but not critical, but can drive a customer centric strategy forward.
