About the Gig 
So how will you help 3 of the most loved Restaurant Brands in Australia? You will administrate and co-ordinate the property leasing function of our property team that stretches across our 3 brands.
  
As the Leasing Administrator you will report to the National Leasing Manager – Retention. You will be managing the lease renewal process across multiple stakeholders as well as preparing reports regarding renewal status. You will be frequently interacting with Franchisees, Property and Project Team, Legal Team and Landlords/agents but also developing relationships with related brands.
  
Some specific accountabilities of the role include preparing and coordinating submission of property board approval documents, timely and accurate reporting and updating of property databases and finalising Lease renewals and obtaining agreement between parties.
  
About You 
You have at least 3 years’ experience in National Leasing Portfolio management and prior experience in QSR, FMCG or Franchise Network leasing would be greatly advantageous. You possess solid knowledge of leasing statutory requirements and established end to end leasing management experience with thorough regulatory knowledge and the ability to read and interpret Leases.
  
You are a demonstrated team player with proven communication, relationship building and conflict management skills. You are detail-oriented, possess a strong ability organise and plan, highly analytical and can adapt and respond to change with great success.
