Team Member (PT) – Carindale

We are currently seeking a Part Time Team Member for our CARINDALE Store. 

 Reporting to the Store Management team, you will be responsible for:

• Providing customer service at the Point-of-Sale Registers 
• Processing sales, using various payment methods 
• Providing an unforgettable experience to finalise the customers purchase 
• Liaising with the customer on positive and constructive feedback 
• Assessing initial warranty claims in line with business processes 
• Supporting catalogue and promotional merchandising
• Working in a team to achieve store and business objectives
• Working in a range of departments
• Maintaining a neat, full and safe environment
• Building positive relationships with fellow team members and customers

To be successful you will have:

• A passion for service and retail
• Retail experience- with a strong understanding of Retail POS and technology 
• The ability to multitask
• Effective communication skills
• Strong teamwork ability
• A focus on safety
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment

Must have:

• Excellent time management skills
• Visual merchandising experience
• Big box Retail experience
