As we rapidly head towards the end of January, we also head towards that other dreaded point: back to school!<\/p>\n
We know it can be a big downer when you\u2019ve been living the life over the summer, hitting the beach with your mates, chilling out and not having to worry about hitting snooze on the alarm!<\/p>\n
But getting back into the school spirit can be done. Check out our top tips below to help you beat the back-to-school blues this coming term.<\/p>\n
One of the best ways to beat those blues is to remind yourself of all the good stuff that comes along with heading back to school (we promise there are lots!) and giving yourself some great things to look forward to.<\/p>\n

The thought of being assigned homework again might not fill you with joy, but some brand-new stationery can definitely help to motivate you!<\/p>\n
Who doesn\u2019t love cracking open a new notebook and choosing their new signature pen for the year?<\/p>\n
Think about what you\u2019d like to achieve and change this new school term. Is there anything you want to do differently? What do you want to start doing, and what do you want to stop doing?<\/p>\n
Write them out in your new notebook and refresh yourself throughout the term.<\/p>\n

Don\u2019t skip breakfast, especially this first week.<\/p>\n Get some fresh fruit on the go, grab some healthy cereal and a good cuppa and make sure you hit the ground running feeling fueled and fresh for the classroom.<\/p>\n Giving yourself something to look forward to for the term ahead is a great way to get excited about returning to school.
