One of their newest partnerships with CathWest Innovation College has seen a whole new cohort of trainees successfully gain work experience and qualifications – all while being paid!<\/p>\n

Students learn a range of excellent skills while studying, working and earning.<\/p>\n
It all starts with a dedicated work experience program that allows students to immerse themselves in the work environment at Jaybro and better understand what the work involves and what they could do.<\/p>\n
In Years 11 and 12, students have the exciting opportunity to undertake a traineeship in a focused area that aligns with their interests and skills.<\/p>\n
Cleo Brennen joined Jaybro as a graphic design trainee in June 2021, and it was the perfect opportunity for her to pursue her dream of becoming a graphic designer.<\/p>\n
\u201cBeing able to start my career while still in school has really set me up for success,\u201d Cleo explains. \u201cBeing a graphic has been my dream job, and with this traineeship, it\u2019s no longer a dream – it\u2019s my reality!\u201d<\/p>\n
Mason Jasmin joined as a Junior IT trainee and has found that the flexibility to study, work, and develop as a young professional has been invaluable for him to start his career.<\/p>\n
\u201cI really wanted the best of both worlds – studying in the workplace and studying online,\u201d says Mason.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe have a saying at Jaybro Group – \u2018We grow together\u2019. As our business grows, we want our people to grow together,\u201d says Alison Passey, Group Human Resources manager. \u201cTraineeships are a great way to bring talent into the business. We offer traineeships in warehousing, logistics, IT and graphic design.\u201d<\/p>\n
