They run for two years on a part-time basis.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">During the traineeship, you\u2019ll:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Complete a Certificate II or III in Business.<\/li>\n<li>Gain on-the-job paid experience by working 1 day a week at one of NAB&#8217;s retail branches.<\/li>\n<li>Receive mentoring and career guidance from NAB colleagues and external partners<\/li>\n<li>And be eligible for an ongoing role post completion<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5 style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Adult based Traineeships<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">NAB\u2019s adult traineeships are for individuals over the age of 18 years who are interested in a career in financial services. Traineeships are full-time and run for 12 months, where you\u2019ll:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Complete a Certificate II or III in Business.<\/li>\n<li>Gain on-the-job full-time paid experience in a business placement at one of NAB\u2019s retail branches.<\/li>\n<li>Receive mentoring and career guidance from employees and external partners.<\/li>\n<li>Be eligible for ongoing employment post completion<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you\u2019re interested in applying for a School-based or Adult traineeship, please contact one of their Group Training Organisation partners:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/maxima.com.au\/indigenous-employment\/\">Maxima<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.megt.com.au\/apprentices-and-trainees\/indigenous-employment-programs-and-support\">MEGT<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/aes.org.au\/our-services\/group-training\/\">AES<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5 style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Internships for University Students<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">NAB aims to welcome and create space for the best and brightest Indigenous university students through their internship program.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">NAB internships are for university students studying an undergraduate or postgraduate degree.
