I started with Coles at the Singleton store just over 2 years ago and when the opportunity came up for anyone in the store to go to do the Coles Skilled Baker Course I put my hand up for that because it sounded perfect \u2013 right up my alley. It&#8217;s flour it&#8217;s water it&#8217;s salt, it&#8217;s a bit of yeast: anyone can be a baker. But if you do the Skilled Baker Course and if you do the Bakery Apprenticeship Program and you get that passion and that drive for it, that&#8217;s when you start making the most incredible products. And the more incredible products you make, the more drive you get.<\/p>\n<p>Coles provide everything, and they give you all the training that you need to become successful in your role. A definite highlight for me in my career as a baker at Coles would be completing the Baker Apprenticeship Program.
