We achieve this through a holistic approach that goes beyond education to encompass the health and total well being of every child.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Our Trainee Program<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Oac&#8217;s Traineeship program allows you to complete a nationally recognised Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care within 12 months whilst gaining paid, practical on the job training at one of our state of the art campuses in the Eastern Suburbs, North Shore &amp; Northern Beaches.<\/p>\n<p><strong>How do we support you?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Oac understands the need for flexible working options and we are proud to support our teams with the offering of full time and part time employment.<\/p>\n<p>With the growing need for quality early childhood educators and teachers, there are plenty of options to grow your career within the industry.
