This role will provide support to the Retail Operations team through general administrative tasks, including being the point of contact for our retail store teams, and answering all queries about our scheduling and timesheet program. In addition, this role will also provide support to our facilities team, as required.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES<\/strong><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide administration support as required to the Retail Leadership Team<\/li>\n<li>Prioritise incoming calls\/emails, answering queries from retail store teams<\/li>\n<li>Coach store teams on best practice use of the scheduling and timesheet program &#8211; Dayforce<\/li>\n<li>Support teams to build, adjust and publish effective schedules<\/li>\n<li>Analyse reporting and make schedule recommendations based on review<\/li>\n<li>Organise planned and unplanned maintenance services<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><strong>SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE<\/strong><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>Highly motivated with a can-do attitude, happy to help no matter how big or small the task<\/li>\n<li>Ability to stay calm and polite in all situations and provide outstanding customer service<\/li>\n<li>Exceptional communication skills, time management and MS Office Skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to be flexible with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and work under pressure<\/li>\n<li>Retail experience is not mandatory but would be highly regarded<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div><strong>BENEFITS\u3000<\/strong><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>Generous discount to be used across all of our 7 brands, and access to our sample sales across all brands<\/li>\n<li>Central office location based on St Kilda Rd, with direct access to the picturesque Fawkner Park<\/li>\n<li>Development opportunities to support your ongoing growth and development<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>Above all, we are seeking a motivated individual who prides themselves on quality and displays strong attention to detail.
