We are seeking a self motivated, positive and outcomes focused individual to work within our training team, providing administrative support across all areas of our operations.<\/p>\n<p>You will be working within an enthusiastic and committed team and supported by a number of subject matter experts. A proactive, professional and common-sense approach will contribute to success in this position.<\/p>\n<p>Critical to the success of this role is the ability to multitask, build strong relationships and communicate effectively across all levels. This is an interesting and varied role working within our service offering nationally. Key duties include, but are not limited to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Running reports in our training systems and distributing\u00a0to key stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>Using Excel and PowerPoint to present business information<\/li>\n<li>Troubleshooting errors and liaising with relevant personnel to rectify<\/li>\n<li>Database entry to record results and enter participant information and issuing certificates<\/li>\n<li>Sending communication to course participants<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<h4 class=\"e-margin-top-20\">\u00a0Desired Skills and Experience<\/h4>\n<div class=\"job-ad-skills-and-experiences rt-editor\">\n<p><b>Skills &amp; experience<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience within an administrative role or willingness to learn<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>How to apply<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Click APPLY and you will be taken through to the MSS Talent Management System to complete your application.
