This is an important role within Council where you will be required to manage and ensure safety at school crossings and pedestrian lights. This is a great opportunity to become a valued member of the school community, assisting our children and their families to cross the road safely.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">You will also:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Regulate traffic flow at school crossings<\/li>\n<li>Provide assistance and advice to members of the public<\/li>\n<li>Build rapport with school community<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This is a permanent part time position with an hourly rate of $30.96 per hour + 10.5% superannuation.<\/p>\n<p>This role is 2 hours per day 8-9am and 3-4pm Monday to Friday within school term only. You will also receive personal leave and annual leave due to being a permanent employee.\u00a0You do not need a driver licence, but you do need to be able to get to a designated school crossing location via other reliable means.<\/p>\n<p>We welcome applications from people of all abilities and backgrounds.
