Your role<\/strong><\/p>\n

As an Artillery Operator, you\u2019ll provide vital fire support to ensure the success of combat operations. You\u2019ll see what it\u2019s like to be part of combat team, firing 155-millimetre firearms in challenging environments. Your job will include tasks such as preparing weaponry for deployment, interpreting digital data, firearm maintenance and driving cross-country vehicles.<\/p>\n

Life in the Army Gap Year Program<\/strong><\/p>\n

Salary<\/strong><\/p>\n

During your 12-month role and on completion of training, you will receive a salary package starting from $66,544.<\/p>\n

In addition to your salary, you will receive generous superannuation, housing subsidies and free medical and dental care.<\/p>\n
