{"id":19447,"date":"2023-05-22T11:41:51","date_gmt":"2023-05-22T01:41:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/explorecareers.emotedigital.com.au\/?post_type=ra-jobs&#038;p=19447"},"modified":"2023-05-22T11:41:51","modified_gmt":"2023-05-22T01:41:51","slug":"junior-account-manager-tullamarine","status":"publish","type":"ra-jobs","link":"https:\/\/explorecareers.com.au\/job\/junior-account-manager-tullamarine\/","title":{"rendered":"Junior Account Manager | Tullamarine"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Europcar Australia has an exciting opportunity for a driven and self-motivated <strong>Junior Account Manager <\/strong>to join our Sales team based in <strong>Tullamarine, Victoria <\/strong>on a <strong>permanent full time basis<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Reporting to the Head of Leisure Sales, this role is responsible for providing sales support and business analysis services as well as managing a portfolio of low spend customers.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Some of the key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide sales support, business analysis and administration to the Leisure Sales Team \/ other Europcar sales teams across Australia and NZ<\/li>\n<li>Assist sales team to strengthen account relationships, help solve issues and answer product queries.<\/li>\n<li>Establish relationships with head office departments and ensure SLA\u2019s are met<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate sales activities and key projects and ensure the sales team and actioning in line with the plan<\/li>\n<li>Preparation of customer proposals, submissions, tender responses, sales information kits using the big library as a resource<\/li>\n<li>Provide monthly and quarterly management reporting to customers using Business Objects<\/li>\n<li>Administration of our CRM tool \u2013 SalesForce.
