This is a great time to join our flourishing company.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Role<\/strong><br \/>\nReporting to the Branch Manager we are seeking an ambitious and motivated person to join the team in our Welshpool Branch. You will need to be customer service focused, open to learning and career minded.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Duties include:<\/strong><br \/>\nAssist with customer enquiries face to face and over the phone<br \/>\nCounter sales including customer development<br \/>\nFollow up and providing notification of outstanding orders<br \/>\nMaintaining a professional store presentation<br \/>\nAssisting with receipt and dispatch of products<br \/>\nPick, Pack and delivery of orders to customers<br \/>\nStock management<br \/>\nRaising quotations and quotation follow-up<br \/>\nComply with company &amp; customer QHSE standards &amp; policies.<br \/>\nContribute to continuous improvement<\/p>\n<p><strong>Required skills and attributes:<\/strong><br \/>\nCompetent PC skills<br \/>\nProfessional personal presentation<br \/>\nCustomer Service experience<br \/>\nStrong attention to detail<br \/>\nWilling to learn new skills<\/p>\n<p>Electrical Wholesale\u00a0experience is preferred but not essential, just a willingness to learn, confidence, and desire to develop your skills and knowledge.
