It means that you will be joining a team (within a much bigger team) offering development opportunities and the chance to work alongside some of the best people working in our industry today.<\/p>\n<p><strong>In this role you will:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work alongside a supportive team to learn about customer service and car sales process.<\/li>\n<li>Welcome new and existing customers to the dealership.<\/li>\n<li>Learn and promote all manufacturer and dealership campaigns including car sales targets, customer service benchmarks, training, and showroom presentation.<\/li>\n<li>Provide impeccable levels of customer service.<\/li>\n<li>Follow all sales systems and processes designed to ensure compliance and efficiency.<\/li>\n<li>Work collaboratively with other departments including service, parts, finance and accessories.<\/li>\n<li>Use Salesforce and other dealership systems daily.<\/li>\n<li>Communicate clearly with customers both before, during and after the sales process.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>The ideal candidate will have:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Clear written and verbal communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>A high attention to detail.<\/li>\n<li>A commitment to following dealership process.<\/li>\n<li>The ability to study and retain detailed product information.<\/li>\n<li>The ability to work as part of a team.<\/li>\n<li>A current driver\u2019s license.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><i>Our Values include Strive for Excellence, Care, The Village and to Lead Change.
