We offer the opportunity to really contribute to a challenging and supportive team environment where you can drive your own career development.<\/p>\n<p>We are currently seeking a Part Time Team Member for our <strong>CARINDALE<\/strong> Store.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<strong>Reporting to the Store Management team, you will be responsible for:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>Providing customer service at the Point-of-Sale Registers&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Processing sales, using various payment methods&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Providing an unforgettable experience to finalise the customers purchase&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Liaising with the customer on positive and constructive feedback&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Assessing initial warranty claims in line with business processes&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Supporting catalogue and promotional merchandising<\/li>\n<li>Working in a team to achieve store and business objectives<\/li>\n<li>Working in a range of departments<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining a neat, full and safe environment<\/li>\n<li>Building positive relationships with fellow team members and customers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To be successful you will have:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>A passion for service and retail<\/li>\n<li>Retail experience- with a strong understanding of Retail POS and technology&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>The ability to multitask<\/li>\n<li>Effective communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Strong teamwork ability<\/li>\n<li>A focus on safety<\/li>\n<li>Flexibility to work a variety of shifts<\/li>\n<li>Experience working in a fast-paced environment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Must have:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>Excellent time management skills<\/li>\n<li>Visual merchandising experience<\/li>\n<li>Big box Retail experience<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Why work at Harris Scarfe?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>You will be offered a great hourly rate under the HS EBA PLUS Discounts throughout all SRG brands&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>We are large enough to offer you career opportunities to further your development, but also small enough to recognise your individual contribution.<\/li>\n<li>We offer great work-life balance.<\/li>\n<li>You will be part of a high performing, values-based team who work collaboratively to deliver an amazing customer experience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>When you join Harris Scarfe, you will be joining the Spotlight Retail Group (SRG).
