To attract and retain talent necessary to achieve organizational goals, our department aims to foster a culture of teamwork, enthusiasm, innovation, professional development and most importantly, a real love of our brands.<br \/>&nbsp;&nbsp;<br \/><strong>About the Gig<br \/><\/strong><br \/>The Product Data Lead is responsible for managing product data across multiple platforms including Point of Sale, Inventory and Delivery. You will set up processes and teams to efficiently launch, update and retire products for our brands.<br \/> &nbsp;&nbsp;<br \/> This role requires speed to deliver within business timeframes, but attention to detail and accuracy are equally important.&nbsp; Establishing a streamlined process for product data changes will require collaboration with supply chain, marketing, operations and IT teams.<\/p>\n<p> <strong>Key responsibilities:<\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Create and enforce policies for effective product data management<\/li>\n<li>Recruit, train and coach team to provide rapid, reliable &amp; accurate product data updates<\/li>\n<li>Establish streamlined process for product launch, change, retirement across multiple business teams<\/li>\n<li>Focus on continuous improvement to increase efficiency, reduce errors in product data process.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> <strong>About You<br \/><\/strong><br \/> The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of master data, databases and data reconciliation procedures.
