“The best part is when you see the impact of what you’ve built,” Rhea says. “When a client realises a new system saves them hours every week or helps them make better decisions, it’s incredibly rewarding.”

Like many students, Rhea once assumed tech was only for people who could code. “I used to think I didn’t belong because I wasn’t a programmer,” she admits. “But tech is about so much more: design, communication, problem-solving, and strategy. We need people from all kinds of backgrounds to make it work.”
