Our programs:
We offer two main programs for students and graduates:
- Vacation Program
A short-term opportunity during your university holidays to get hands-on experience and see what it’s like to work in professional services.

Audit
If you enjoy solving puzzles, working with people, and understanding how businesses tick, a career in Audit & Assurance might be for you!
Our Audit team helps businesses make sure their financial information is accurate and trustworthy. This is super important because it gives confidence to investors, business owners, and even the public.
What do auditors actually do?
As an auditor, you will:
- Work with real businesses to understand how they operate.
- Check financial records to make sure everything adds up.
- Visit client sites (sometimes even warehouses!) to see how things work in person.
- Use data and tech tools to spot patterns and test information.
- Collaborate with a team to solve problems and share ideas.
Every day is different—you might be looking at a company’s expenses one week and helping test their revenue the next. It’s like being a detective, but for numbers!

Our Audit & Assurance team is best suited to students majoring in Accounting.
Accounting & Advisory
If you’re interested in how businesses run, enjoy working with people, and want to help solve real-world problems, a career in Private Business Tax & Advisory could be a great fit!
Our team works with all kinds of businesses, from family-owned companies to high-profile individuals, to help them manage their money, understand tax rules, and plan for the future.
What do you actually do in this job?
As part of the team, you will:
- Get to know your clients and how their businesses work.
- Prepare financial statements and tax returns to help them stay on track.
- Work with the Australian Tax Office (ATO) to make sure everything’s done properly.
- Support advisory projects, helping businesses make smart decisions.
- Learn about different business structures, like companies, trusts, and partnerships.
It’s a mix of detective work, problem-solving, and teamwork—and no two days are the same!

Our Private Business Tax & Advisory team is best suited to students majoring in Accounting and/or Tax.
Tax

Our Tax team helps clients of all shapes and sizes to understand and manage their tax responsibilities. We make sure they’re following the rules, saving money where they can, and planning for the future.
What do you do in tax?
As part of the Tax team, you might:
- Help prepare tax returns for businesses and individuals.
- Work with clients to understand their goals and give advice.
- Research tax laws to find the best solutions.
- Support big projects, like business restructures or international deals.
- Use data and tech tools to analyse financial information.
There are lots of different areas in tax too – like international tax, employment tax, GST, and more – so there’s always something new to learn!
