Drum roll please: The TOP 100 hundred graduate employers, according to GradAustralia, have just been announced!
If you’re a final year university student or recent graduate thinking about your next steps, these lists are a fantastic place to start understanding what employers are out there – and who is worth investigating further!
You might also be pleased to know that you can start your investigations here at Explore Careers: no less than EIGHTEEN of our employer partners have made the list for 2023!
How is the List Generated?
GradAustralia utilises a unique methodology to generate its top 100 list.
Each employer is evaluated based on two key criteria:
- Student popularity
- Program quality
Each of the criteria has an equal weighting in the results of the list – the only one of its kind that does so! Student popularity is assessed based on the number of applications and the number of page views – basically, by how much attention the graduate programs and jobs get!
Program quality is based on survey feedback, program ratings and reviews.
