What’s our Graduate Program about?
Our graduate program will connect you to industry leaders and expose you to innovative projects and transformative industry change.
You will undertake rotations within your core discipline, along with developing wider business knowledge, to give you maximum exposure and a truly immersive experience.
At the end of the program, you’ll have an opportunity to pursue a permanent role that best matches your skills and interests with business opportunities in the field of Health and Safety or Environment and Sustainability.
What are we looking for?
- Degree or postgraduate qualification in Occupational Health and Safety, Occupational Hygiene or Environmental Science
- Persuasive and effective communicator
- Ability to manage and cope with competing priorities
- Passion for sustainability and health & safety

To be eligible, you’ll need to:
- Graduate from your Bachelor or Masters degree by the end of the 2024 academic year
- Be prepared to commence full-time employment in February 2025 in Melbourne
- Have the right to work in Australia (please note for international applicants, you will need to secure/have secured a subclass 485 or 189 working visa)
- Have a cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 3.0 or greater
- Be available to take part in an assessment day with us if invited scheduled for 17th April 2024.
