If you don’t have a relevant qualification or industry experience, don’t stress!
We have several traineeships of available and will be offering pre-employment training to successful candidates who are eager to start a career within the industry.

As part of our recruitment process, applicants will need to be committed to undertaking our 6-day pre-vocational training program.
This training is subsidised by the NSW Government and includes:

  • HLTWHS002 – Follow safe work practices for direct client care
  • CHCLEG001 – Work legally and ethically
  • CHCCOM005 – Communicate and work in health or community services

Suitable candidates who complete the introductory training may be offered the opportunity to transition directly into the Traineeship Program where you will study and obtain CHC33015 – Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing).
