About the Role:

• Part time roster
• Providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences.
• Assisting customers with product selection and offering advice.
• Handling transactions efficiently at the register.
• Keeping the store looking fresh by restocking and merchandising products.
• Ensuring the store is clean, organised, and welcoming for every shopper.
• Working as part of a team to achieve sales goals and deliver top-notch service.

Who We Are Looking For:

• Previous retail or sales experience is essential
• Comfortable working with with high volumes of stock and product
• Genuine interest and knowledge of water sports, fishing and/or boating.
• Experience with maintaining merchandising standards – highly desirable 
• Strong communication skills and a friendly approach
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Availability for flexible shifts, including late night, weekends, and public holidays.
