Job Description
ABOUT THE ROLE
- You will be part of a supportive national bid team who deliver high quality winning bids using Best Practice bid processes, whilst having fun in the process
- You’ll need to share our core bid values of reliability, quality, passion, persistence, and tenacity. You’ll need a ‘can do’, ‘I’ve got this’ attitude and be a person who thrives on a challenge and a passion to succeed
- Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Providing overall coordination of the submission process for all tenders and expressions of interests in conjunction with identified bid leader, internal stakeholders, and the National Bid Manager
- Planning each submission and coordinating with the wider team to provide all associated information & content in a timely manner including the scheduling of meetings relating to relating to submissions, site briefings, start-up meetings, tender reviews following the internal bid processes and procedures.
- Ensuring client criteria is met and clearly identified throughout the bids and tenders
- Building strong relationships with stakeholders and ensuring buy-in to assist with the completion of bids and tenders
- Effective communication with all levels of management
- Ensuring documents have a professional image and are produced with company branding guidelines
- Maintaining accuracy and currency of the information contained within the documents
- Concisely writing, reviewing, and editing the documents including for case studies, CVs and Executive Summaries

- Qualifications in business, marketing, or communications – a great opportunity for a Graduate!
- Work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven role that is responsible for the coordination and production of high quality, well written tender documentation support within specified timeframes to assist in the retention and acquisition of business
- Advanced computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Adobe)
- Ability to format and manage large documents using templates
- Ability to establish and maintain effective collaborative and consultative working relationships within the national team and across the business
