Our Business Graduate opportunity is based in Townsville and designed for recent Graduates, eager to kickstart their career in rail. You will rotate through various teams in our regional strategy and planning business, with the aim to give you a well-rounded understanding of how we operate.
Our graduate program commences in January 2023 however we’ve invested in your journey long after you’ve been offered a role – throughout your two years as a grad we will partner you with an excellent graduate mentor who will support and guide you. You’ll also participate in our soft skills program, four internal networking days per year with guest speakers, regular site tours + coffee catch-ups with executives, volunteering opportunities and access to a graduate development coordinator.

About you:
• Degree: You must have completed a Bachelors Degree within the last two years. We’re open to any field of study – the most important things are your attitude and aptitude!
• Customer Focused: You will be community and customer focused person who believes in putting their best foot forward everyday.
• Think Differently: We want your unique perspective, strong problem solving skills and innovative skills as we rise to meet our future business demands.
