The Opportunity

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious recent school leaver who wants to set solid foundations for their career.

What is a Cadetship Program?

The cadet program is a structured and guided two year program that consists of a number of rotations across the business. Working in a supportive environment, you will gain experience in quarrying, surfacing and infrastructure maintenance. This exposure to all aspects of our business will ensure you understand what we do and give you an opportunity to pursue your chosen career. As a cadet, you will learn and develop quickly, while working your way towards a Certificate III in Civil Construction – Bituminous Surfacing. You will also be mentored by the senior members of the team as you develop your skills and all the necessary training will be provided.

What we need from you?

The successful candidate must be able to work full time, shift work and be a motivated, keen and enthusiastic individual. A current driver’s licence (provisional or full) and your own transport is essential. Experience will be recognised but is not necessary. A good attitude and dedicated work ethic is essential.
