About the role
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this senior Marketing Manager role brings the marketing strategy to life across all digital marketing channels and develops, implements, track, and optimizes our digital assets and campaigns across digital touch points. Working within the broader marketing team, the role will be directly supported by an Assistant Channel Brand Manager.
  
Key Activities Include:
Prioritization and optimization of customer journey across the digital ecosystem

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategy to support the broader marketing plan through Loyalty, CRM, Web, Social and Convenience channels.
  • Developing and managing all digital marketing campaigns from inception through to delivery and post-campaign review.
  • Utilize data and insights to optimize the customer journey and increase sales performance.

Loyalty Strategy and Performance

  • Ownership and responsibility of loyalty sales performance campaign planning and management driving loyalty culture across key brand stakeholders
  • Using data and insights to formulate ongoing optimization of loyalty strategy.

  
Planning and Optimization across digital media buys

  • Own digital media performance ensuring all analytic and tagging is in place and deliver ‘always on’ and ‘campaign’ performance to achieve sales targets.
  • Drive SEM, SEO, Programmatic, social and other digital media in partnership with broader marketing team and agencies.

Management and performance of branded digital assets

  • Ownership of the strategy and performance of all branded eCommerce activity.
  • Own the strategic UX across branded website and app that delivers to the Oporto brand purpose, menu architecture and overall CX.
  • Oversee end to end content strategy to ensure seamless and frictionless journeys, including social media.

Convenience Channel Content and Consumer

  • Convenience Channel Content & Consumer Journey ownership including menu, design, and UX.

About You 
Essential

  • Extensive experience in bringing marketing strategy to life across multiple channels throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing trends, portals and channels.
  • Data driven mindset with proven experience in utilizing insights to inform decision making.
  • Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills.

Desirable

  • Experience in Quick Service Restaurants or related industries highly desirable but not essential.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Digital Marketing or a related discipline.
