Join our dedicated Team of Care Workers supporting older people living in your community.

HammondCare At Home is continuing to expand our services and we are seeking several Community Care Workers to join our team, visiting clients the Blue Mountains area from Glenbrook to Mt Victoria.

About The role:

• Assistance with personal care – including showering/toileting
• Medication assistance
• Meal preparation
• Light housework – think of the cleaning/tidying up that you do in your own home
• Social support and community engagement for our clients

Essentials – What do you need to apply?

• Fully vaccinated – three doses of Covid vaccinations + flu vaccination in 2022
• Valid provisional or above Driver’s Licence + a reliable car with Comprehensive Insurance/third party fire & property
• No formal qualification is necessary. Full training is provided via paid orientation
• Transferrable skills in providing care and compassion to others – personal experience is highly valued!
