Closing in 18 hoursLeichhardt Volkswagen requires a Concierge to work in our Service Department.
Meeting customers as they drive into the business, you will greet them, inspect their car for damage, place protective coverings inside car, direct the customer to the service advisor then safely park their vehicle for them. Arranging and receiving loaner cars for customers is also required.
In the afternoon the process is repeated in reverse as you hand their car back to them after service.
During the quieter times you will be required work with the Pre Delivery department, moving cars and getting them ready in the showroom. You will also be required to pick up and drop off customer vehicles in the surrounding suburbs and be responsible for a daily dealership presentation check.
As you are representing a premium automotive brand you will be impeccably presented in the uniform we will provide you. You must have good English language skills and a full drivers license.
Background and reference checks will be undertaken prior to commencement.
Full time hours of work are Monday to Friday commencing at 7.30 each day, but we are also open to part time.
