Our Restaurant Support Centres are made up of our Cravers, a group of customer fanatics and experts in their fields, who work with our Franchise Partners to support their success, because we know that we win together.
Working with a core team of the broader Craveable business in the management of Projects – New store, Refurbishments and Facilities management.

About the role
This is a great opportunity to join a highly productive team that is core to the growth of our business to oversee construction projects from beginning to end across 3 amazing brands. As the Construction Project Manager, you will be building relationships with a broad range of stakeholders within craveable brands network as well utilising your sound technical knowledge to execute on our projects. 
Do you love connecting and interacting with people? Because we do! You will be charged with building strong relationships with our Asset Managers, the Head of Design, suppliers, shopfitters, contractors, landlords and developers to get our projects delivered on budget and in time. 
You will be reporting, planning, and executing exciting construction projects while ensuring that we find creative solutions to delivery issues.  

While managing projects, you will adhere to WHS standards. Safety Leadership is a priority as Safety is paramount to our organisation in everything we do. You will be influencing contractors to ensure they view Safety through this lens too.  
About You 
Ideally you will have outstanding proven experience in Construction Project Management and prior experience in QSR, FMCG or Franchise Network fit out would be greatly advantageous.
Coupled with budgeting and time management skills, you will need to be agile/nimble, take initiative and execute on calculated risks. You must have sound construction knowledge, including specifically building strategies, timeframes and costs, risks, and statutory requirements.
We are also looking for a high level of ability to manage stakeholders as you deliver results, and work through setbacks effectively. This role will suit you if you love tackling demanding goals and can do so while acting with integrity and ethics, in a timely and effective manner.
