Are you ready to make a difference in patients’ lives? At I-MED Radiology Network, our Contact Centre Agents play a vital role in ensuring that every interaction counts.
As a Customer Service Representative, you won’t just handle inquiries; you will be the bridge between patients, referrers, and our clinical teams. Your empathy, problem-solving abilities, and tech-savviness will contribute to exceptional patient care.
We are offering casual positions within our Newstead office where you will have the flexibility to work a minimum of 2 x 4 hour shifts per week or 1 x 8-hour shift in total. Additional hours may be available subject to business needs. The Contact Centre working hours are from 8am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday.
Casual positions will be starting on 24 June and students studying within the Healthcare or Human Science industry looking for casual shifts in between placement blocks are encouraged to apply!
Key Responsibilities:
- Patient and Referrer Support: Be the friendly voice that guides patients and referring healthcare professionals through appointment scheduling, results inquiries, and service coordination.
- Appointment Scheduling: Efficiently manage appointment bookings, ensuring optimal utilisation of our imaging facilities.
- Administrative Excellence: Maintain accurate records and collaborate with our clinical teams.
Qualifications:
- Excellent Communication Skills: Clear, concise, and empathetic communication is essential.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Handle complex situations with empathy and find solutions.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortably navigate our multiple systems and software.
