ABOUT THE ROLE

We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join the Melbourne Metro Team at our Epping site taking on the role of Customer Service.

Mainfreight Metro specialise in transport locally within the Greater Melbourne area. Servicing businesses with same day pickup and delivery, this team works at a fast pace!

As part of the Customer Service team, we believe that a promise means nothing until its delivered – so we want you to help deliver the best experience to our customers! If you have drive, commitment and attention to detail, we can teach you the rest.

Your day to day duties would be:

• Assisting customers via phone and email
• Ensuring all proof of delivery documents are returned and filed
• Working closely with the drivers to ensure paperwork is returned and ETA’s are communicated
• Speaking directly with internal and external customers and contractors to ensure an efficient service
• Entering daily pickups and bookings when necessary
• Assist the team with general weekly office tasks
