  • Full Time and Part Time positions available
  • Rotating Rosters Mon – Fri 6:30am – 6:30pm in Summer and 6pm in Winter

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic communicators who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service to our varied customer base, to join our National Customer Service Centre located at Wingfield.

Your ability to multitask will be vital, as you respond to customer enquiries, orders, service needs and troubleshoot and resolve issues over phone and email, whilst handling all administrative aspects of sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound call enquiries from Retail, Wholesale and Commercial Customers to the Bridgestone Experience Hub
  • Manage Outbound calls to internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate customer correspondence documentation for auditing purposes
  • Provide customers with order confirmations, available lead times and prices upon requests.
  • Deliver effective communication between internal departments to effectively respond to customer enquiries of all nature.
  • Ad-hoc administration and overflow support to other Experience Hub areas as required.

You will be able to bring:

  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • A drive to achieve sales targets.
  • Confident communicator with ability to multitask and prioritise.
  • Experience working toward achieving individual and team based KPI’s/targets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Strong computer skills in an Omni system environment including Microsoft products and willingness to learn and champion new CRM systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and prioritise requirements.
  • The ability to be highly adaptable to change.
  • Punctual with a strong work ethic
