We are currently seeking a dedicated and proactive part time team member for our Perth Airport location.
Reporting to the Station Manager this role plays a critical part in ensuring excellent sales and customer service for our clients whilst being dedicated to the growing success of the location.
Some of the key responsibilities include:
- To greet each customer in a friendly and professional manner in the final stage of their journey
- Ensure that the customers experience has been positive and provide a solution for any issues that have occurred
- Go the extra mile to ensure high quality service and provide a WOW experience for the customer
- Also be of assistance to any customers who are commencing their journey
- Conduct damage inspection of all returning vehicles; and any outgoing vehicles, to retain customer peace of mind and overall satisfaction
To be considered, you should possess:
- Excellent communication skills, a positive attitude and ability to engage in verbal interaction with customers
- Computer literacy skills required
- Previous experience in customer service, retail or sales
- The ability to work alone and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work on a rotating shift roster – 7 day shift work including weekends and public holidays
- A full and current Australian driver’s licence with the ability to drive manual and automatic vehicles
- Current and ongoing Australian work rights
