We are looking for customer service superstars with flexible availability to respond to customer enquiries over email, live chat & phone.
Our Call Centres are open from 7am – 9pm from Monday to Sunday, and we can offer shifts for up to 38 hours per week! This role is 100% working from home.
ABOUT YOU:
- Strong communication skills – written and verbal
- Solid track record in providing exceptional customer service, this could be in retail, call centres, hospitality or similar
- Demonstrated knowledge of online shopping
- Ability to problem solve and multi-task
- Ability to work autonomously
- Must have access to a good internet connection from home
