The opportunity: Member Services Representatives (MSR’s) are one of the main faces of our clubs. They greet our members when they arrive, making each individual feel valued and welcome. You will get to know our members on a first name basis and have the opportunity to celebrate all of their successes with them! You will be a member of the team that solves our members’ problems, providing them with solutions that remove the barriers to them achieving their fitness goals. In this role your actions will encourage and empower people to continue their journey towards becoming more active, fulfilled and confident versions of themselves. Requirements:

• A problem-solving mindset – you can provide solutions that meet the needs of our members
• A gift for communication – you can talk to anyone with ease, and inspire them to take action
• Drive – you are goal focussed and continuously looking for new ways to excel yourself
• A team player – you can rally through the hard times and celebrate yours and your teams’ wins
• Customer focussed – you can build rapport with people of all backgrounds and want to help them achieve their goals
