The opportunity: Membership Consultants (MC’s) are the driving force behind our success. They are the first people to interact with our members and have inspired thousands of people to begin  their journey towards becoming more active, fulfilled and confident versions of themselves. No two days are the same as an MC and you will have the opportunity to interact with people from all walks of life. In this role you will perform outreach activities to generate leads and make sales by inspiring people to take action that has positive impacts on their physical, mental and emotional wellness. Requirements:

• A gift for communication – you can talk to anyone with ease, and inspire them to take action
• Drive – you are goal focussed and continuously looking for new ways to excel yourself

Experience: No prior experience is required. We believe that given the right opportunity, remarkable people can achieve remarkable things. In addition, for employees who meet eligibility criteria, you can choose to access free qualifications including a Cert III in Business (Customer Engagement), Cert III Business (Business Administration), Cert III in Retail,  Cert IV in Business or a Diploma in Business.
