Knowing you’re contributing to an essential service which thousands of lives and businesses depend, is a sure-fire way to feel valued and deeply connected to the community.
Harnessing technology to help integrate renewables into the network and drive progress on climate change is an extremely rewarding experience. You will work with teams helping solve some of the biggest energy challenges of our generation.
Working with us means you are part of a larger team that cares for our people and communities, united under a strong sense of purpose and values. In return, we offer a safe working environment, where everyone feels welcome, respected and supported.
These are some of most compelling things about building an IT career here, according to our people. But there’s plenty more.
What’s our Graduate Program about?
What do a music producer, immunologist and electrical engineer have in common? They are all highly valued graduates in our IT team. Not everyone takes a ‘traditional’ path into IT. We hire great people who enrich the culture of our team through their varied skillsets and perspectives.
We’re looking for inquisitive people with good communication skills to join our IT team in 2024.
Our graduate program will connect you to industry leaders working on innovative projects and transformative industry change.
To give you maximum exposure and a truly immersive experience you will undertake rotations within IT and the wider business. Examples of these rotations may include project delivery, application management, dev-ops, analytics, commercial/governance streams, and non-IT streams such as strategy or engineering.
At the end of the three-year program, you’ll join an IT team in a permanent role that best matches your skills and interests. This program is only the beginning of your career with us!
