THE TRAINEESHIP

Are you interested in computers and looking to broaden your skill set even further? Are you interested in building a foundation for your future business-orientated career? Get started with an IT Traineeship.

Undertaking this 24-month traineeship will give you the opportunity to complete your Certificate III in Information Digital Media and Technology (ICT30118) whilst getting paid!

You will be involved in providing support to the IT team across various activities including working towards being the first level of support for all IT issues, resolving IT support tickets, escalation of support tickets to senior subject matter experts, assisting with IT projects as required and other general IT related tasks.

You will be hosted in Arndell Park by Jaybro.

WHO SHOULD APPLY?

We are ideally looking for someone who has a good level of computer proficiency, is a confident communicator and has the ability to provide outstanding customer service and prioritise their work.

  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn and try new things
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Punctual and reliable
  • Ability to pass a Police Check
