About the role
The Digital Loyalty Manager develops, implements, and oversees strategies and programs aimed at building and maintaining customer loyalty through digital channels. The this role focuses on leveraging technology, data analytics, and digital marketing techniques to create and manage effective loyalty programs across our brands that enhance customer retention, satisfaction, and advocacy.
Key Activities Include:
Loyalty Program Strategy:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital loyalty program strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Identify opportunities to enhance customer retention and increase brand advocacy through digital channels.
Digital Engagement:
- Leverage digital channels, including email, mobile apps, and social media, to engage and communicate with loyalty program members.
- Create targeted and personalized digital campaigns to drive participation and loyalty.
Data Analysis:
- Utilise customer data and analytics to gain insights into customer behaviour and preferences.
- Identify key trends and opportunities for optimizing the loyalty program based on data-driven insights.
Program Optimisation:
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of the digital loyalty program.
- Implement optimisations and enhancements to improve program effectiveness and member satisfaction.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with marketing, digital, and customer service teams to ensure seamless integration of loyalty initiatives across channels.
- Work with IT teams to implement and maintain the technical infrastructure supporting the loyalty program.
Communication and Promotion:
- Develop communication plans to promote the loyalty program to existing and potential customers.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials and campaigns.
- Focus on enhancing the overall member experience within the loyalty program.
- Implement strategies to address customer feedback and improve program features.
About You
Essential
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in loyalty program management or a related field.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and customer engagement strategies.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with loyalty program technology and platforms.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative loyalty program initiatives.
- Results-oriented with a focus on achieving program KPIs and objectives.
