How are you important to us?

Our plant machine operators are working towards BINGO’s clear purpose while diverting waste from landfill to recycle by identifying and sorting our heavy recyclable materials in one of our excavator, loader, dozer, compactor or dump truck machines. You will assist in the recovery of recyclable materials including bricks, cement, tiles, steel timber and landfill waste – help us push for a WASTE FREE ASUTRALIA!

What you bring:

• Minimum 2yrs experience operating plant machinery with vocational training
• Relevant licences and tickets
• Waste industry, civil, construction, mining or quarry experience would be great to have
• Flexibility to work overtime, weekends and different shifts when required and if you want!
• We care about your safety first so the ability to read and understand very important safety signs and speak clearly into a 2-way radio will help US take care of YOU
• Current drivers licence and own transport due to limited public transport options – your safety is our number one priority

• Minimum rate of $31 per hour with additional bonuses of up to $6 EXTRA PER HOUR for talented operators who perform safely
