About the Role
As a Marketing Coordinator join the chicken heroes in the marketing team for a 12-month fixed term maternity cover. This role is key to the strategy execution of campaign and marketing plans for Chicken Treat. Work end to end on NPD, national campaigns, manage relationships with top tier agencies and more! Work with pace, bring your ideas to the table and let’s get cooking! 
  
Key activities include:
  

  • Marketing Strategy, Planning and Execution: Supporting the execution of brand activity across Point-of-Sale, Advertising, PR, Social Media and Local Store Marketing tools.
  • Product development and Pricing: Assist new product innovation, menu development and design across store and promotional channels.
  • Local Store Marketing: Support management of local store marketing assets, tools and process.
  • Marketing Metrics, Financial Management and compliance: Analyse marketing activity and assist with budget management and invoicing. Ensure that all brand activities are legally compliant with regard to nutrition, promotions, brand trademarks and communications.
  • Product and Portfolio and management: Assist and support portfolio management including NPD & Core Menu as required.

About You 
Essential

  • 1-3 years Marketing experience.
  • Able to work to tight deadlines at a fast pace and capable of juggling several projects simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, taking the initiative to pre-empt problems or opportunities.
  • Great at building strong interpersonal relationships with co-workers, stakeholders and third parties.
  • A clear, confident and concise communicator.

  
Desirable

  • Previous experience in Quick Service Restaurants (QSR), FMCG or retail desirable but not required.
  • University qualification highly desirable.
