About the Role
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the Marketing Manager focuses on managing brand and retail strategy including core menu portfolio management, new product innovation, project management and tactical execution.
Key Activities Include:
Marketing Strategy, Planning and Execution:

  • Supporting in the development of brand strategy and marking plans
  • Accountability for media strategy plans and execution
  • Creating and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders including agencies and media.

Product Development, Compliance and Pricing:

  • Ownership of brand calendar including NPD pipeline over a rolling 12 month period.
  • Ensuring brand activities are compliant with regard to nutrition, promotions, brand trademarks and communications.
  • Leading pricing strategy and recommendations.

Product and Portfolio Management:

  • Drive and lead core menu and NPD portfolio management including packaging.

Metrics and Financial Management:

  • Ownership of insights and financial metrics to optimize marketing spend and effectiveness.
  • Accountable for adfund production, media and agency budgets and forcasting.

Local Store Marketing:

  • Oversight of all local area marketing to ensure alignment with brand strategy.

About You 

  • Strategic mindset with the ability to translate overall brand strategy into effective execution from a marketing perspective.
  • Proven experience in driving brand performance across multiple channels and portfolios to deliver tangible commercial results.
  • Ability to leverage data and insights from a variety of sources including customer experience and feedback.
  • Previous leadership experience.
  • Communicator who is comfortable presenting, persuading, and managing multiple stakeholders.
  • Someone passionate about all things marketing who can articulate what this means across all aspects of the business.


  • Quick Service Restaurants (QSR), Retail, Hospitality or Food Industry experience in a marketing position.
  • Tertiary qualifications in marketing or other related discipline.
