The opportunity:
Member Services Representatives (MSR’s) are our brand ambassadors. They are responsible for driving an exceptional member experience, building strong relationships with new and existing members, helping them to stay motivated and crush their fitness goals. MSR’s provide high-end premium customer service that drives member growth and retention.
Requirements:
- The ability to find solutions that produce exceptional customer experiences
- The ability to build rapport with people from all walks of life
- Goal orientated
- Outcomes focussed
Experience:
No prior experience is required. We believe that if you have the right qualities we can give you the support you need to build a successful career with us.
As a member of the Zap Fitness 24/7 family, you will have access to our Gold Certification and Emerging Leaders programs to accelerate your career with us.
In addition, for employees who meet eligibility criteria, you can choose to access free qualifications including a Cert III in Business (Customer Engagement), Cert III Business (Business Administration), Cert III in Retail, Cert IV in Business, or a Diploma in Business.
