Our Opportunity:
We have an exciting opportunity for an Administration Assistant wishing to join a dynamic construction team based in Mile End – South Australia. As an instrumental team member, you will work closely with our HR Team, to provide general administrative support and event management for operations.

Your Contribution:
- Assisting HR with payroll, (timesheet approvals), medical Bookings (pre-employment) and database management
- Preparing on-boarding and training correspondence for Apprenticeships and Traineeships
- Coordinating “Good Work” Awards yearly and other corporate events
- Organising catering and office stationary, including raising of purchase orders
- Manning of reception and mail distribution
- Preparing Board Reports and meeting meetings
- General office maintenance
- Managing all IT requirements for the SA / NT business
- Providing administrative support for the Finance team
