Our Opportunity:

We have an exciting opportunity for an Administration Assistant wishing to join a dynamic construction team based in Mile End – South Australia. As an instrumental team member, you will work closely with our HR Team, to provide general administrative support and event management for operations.

Your Contribution:

  • Assisting HR with payroll, (timesheet approvals), medical Bookings (pre-employment) and database management
  • Preparing on-boarding and training correspondence for Apprenticeships and Traineeships
  • Coordinating “Good Work” Awards yearly and other corporate events
  • Organising catering and office stationary, including raising of purchase orders
  • Manning of reception and mail distribution
  • Preparing Board Reports and meeting meetings
  • General office maintenance
  • Managing all IT requirements for the SA / NT business
  • Providing administrative support for the Finance team

You will have previous experience in administration, an ability to develop and contribute to an atmosphere of cooperation and teamwork, whilst also being able to work independently. You will possess a proactive attitude, and the ability to work as part of a team whilst also being able to work independently. With effective communication skills, professional acumen and a strong desire to learn, this role will enable you to kick-start your career.
